re-do

first a baby boy update, He went in yesterday for another exam, everything looked "under control" as the doc put it, he was concerned about the eye becoming lazy. so we'll go back in a month! yay for another drive to San Fran... or not.

I have been wanting to refinish this table and chairs for ever, since we got them, they were SUPER cheep on craigslist a huge table- when the 2 leaves are in - and 8 matching chairs, I couldn't pass it up! They were a old ugly dark finish, then in my dining room it just made the whole room darker.

and the chairs, painted black and we cut the top little decorative piece off. I am still searching for the fabric I want, so the finish product is yet to come, but I'll keep you posted!

It was really fun refinishing it, exept for the part where the table leg fell over and crushed my toe, those things wiegh a ton. so there goes my week of training for my race that's in 2 weeks! I can bearly put a shoe on, let alone run on it. OUCH!
