Frantic for a Nap-a

Last weekend I ran Napa valley Ragnar. It's a 200 ml relay race from San Fran to Napa. We had a team of 12 girls it was so fun! We were team San Frantic for a Nap-a. here we are at the starting line.

I was runner #2 and ran a 2.7 mls at a 7:50 pace, 5 mls at a 8 min pace and 9.2 mls at a 8:30 pace, I was pretty proud of myself. And my sweet husband was at the end of my 9 miler to cheer me on (and volunteer at the race-thanks babe)

our 1st runner ran over the golden gate bridge, so pretty! and my sweet sister in law came to run with me! Thanks Janie it was so fun to spend 2 days in a car w/ you!

This was hilarious, I can't count the number of times we accidentally offered this poor girl on our team a banana, and she's allergic to them. haha! then there was a team of bananas! we had to get a picture

FINISHED! 29 hours and 36 exchanges later we made it! it was awesome, can't wait to do it again!
